Applying for Assistance
To be eligible, you must have HIV/AIDS and qualify for assistance based on your income. The income
guidelines are as follows:
> For individuals, monthly income must be $1,500 or less;
> For families, the maximum monthly income allowable is $1,500 plus the addition of $250 per family member.
Please note: Tuesday’s Angels does not accept applications directly from our clients. You must go to
a case manager at a local agency who can send us your application for assistance.
Any qualified case manager may contact us to receive the application and a listing of necessary
documentation.
Your case manager must then complete the application and supply the supporting documentation (proof of
income, proof of HIV, and a copy of the delinquent bill to be paid).
Often, with a completed application and proper documentation, assistance is available immediately. If you have
questions, you can send an email to our Director of Case Management. Simply click here.
New “angels” always welcome and
gratefully accepted year round.
Tuesday’s Angels works closely with our partners in care who are critical in providing the
documentation that we need for client assistance and also consult with us on the changing needs of
our clients. The following are our major partners:
